Regiz Company Limited is a Private Company Limited by Shares incorporated under the Companies Act, No. 12 of 2002 of the Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania with Certificate of Incorporation No. 134072 dated 23rd March, 2017.
The headquarters of the Company is located at 1st Floor, Davos Hotel, Davos Road, December Street, Arusha , Tanzania.
We also have an office in Dar es Salaam at Apt 107, Plot No: 331/36 , Mkwepu Street, Dar es Salaam.
The Company also has representatives in the Capital City Dodoma and is capable of delivering services in all other regions in Tanzania whenever needed.
Regiz Company Limited provides Debt Collection, Public Auctioneer, Private Auctioneer, and Real Estate Agency services. Furthermore the Company deals with the Realization of Securities, Receivership and Management of Charged Properties; Repossession of Securities, Commission Agency, General Court and Tribunal Brokers.
Regiz Company Limited believe that Real Estate and Auctioneer services are Royal in global nature.
The Real estate industry is a critical driver of economic growth in the recent world and even many Tanzania Government owned entities / Companies have invested in real estate, Whereas Auctioneer services are attached to such properties and their sale. Auction gives a wide range of participation in sale as its an open sale and public sale to the highest bidder, this method gives more independence to customers.
Debt collection services are of great significance to all sectors who offer advance Loan/credit/mortgage services in banking ,microfinance,agriculture and other economical developments where as loans of different kinds are advanced to various business whenever such loans are not repaid according to the terms and conditions of their contracts that’s when we offer services of debt collection, to collect such loans in this manner we assure that the loans are repaid. In other cases we are needed to auction the mortgaged properties in order to recover the loans.
